Our only regret is that, having left the area, we can’t use Laurie’s outstanding services again.

Prior to showing us homes, Laurie sat down with both of us and explained the process of buying a house. Both of us were new to this process so the information was extremely helpful. Laurie worked around our schedule and helped us see the homes we wanted to see. When it came time to put an offer in, Laurie walked through the process with us and gave advice when asked. Once our offer was accepted, we received and itemized list so we didn't miss anything. Laurie gave great referrals for the inspection, appraisal, and mortgage service. After loving the second house I looked at Colleen got to work. There was a lot of interest in this home and she was very clever in her negotiation strategies to help me think up the best offer to make sure I would have a good chance at the seller accepting.
